The Scrambler... I'd descend upon all 24 Hour Finesses and scramble the cell phone signals so that the show-offs can no longer chit chat on their cell phones while working out without breaking a sweat. I would restore peace and quiet to all the average Joes trying to concentrate on their work-outs, taking every breath they can get and counting down the seconds 'til they can get off their machines and collapse. They would all thank me later I just know it.

I'm not sure I have a good idea for what peace and quiet in the gym would be for me. It's not people on their cellphones, nor the music they play, nor just the sound of people panting. The closest I've ever come is the pool, largely because it's just a bunch of water swishing in my ears so even if somebody else is breathing hard, I really don't notice.
