The worst teacher I have ever had was last year in 8th grade. My Spanish teacher. I'm not even sure that she was a teacher. She didn't give us quizzes on a normal basis, she told us thing only once and expected us to remember it all. But what's worse it that she breast fed in front of her classes and abused a student. That eventually god her fired, thank god.
