The darkness comes upon the family suddenly. They are ill-equiped and a little confused for a moment. Each member slowly gathers their thoughts and heads around the house, blindly searching for some form of illumination. As they each find a form of light they reconvene in the kitchen where one member is sent to find the family's favorite board game - Scrabble. Once the hunter returns with the game, the family sits around the table and sets it up. They play into the long hours of the night before realizing they have to work the next morning. One by one, family members give up their winning scores in hopes of a restful sleep.
