This is an easy choice for me: I'd rather be super intelligent. Why? If I'm super intelligent, I can learn and figure out how to make myself be extremely good looking.

Unless otherwise stated, it can't go the other way around. Intelligence can't be taught. The next best thing is experience, and you can't even get that without considerable time.
