I would like to divert this conversation if I can.....
I used to work at 7-11 with a middle aged man from Africa.
Sometimes at random he would say "Makes me happy. Makes me happy. Makes me happy." Meanwhile he would be cleaning the coffee pots and throwing used sugar packets away.
I never understand what the subject was in this sentence.
Furthermore, he never really seemed happy.
Odd.
