I miss the simple melodies that used to turn my head even when I didn't know what they were or what they represented. I miss the brown faint color our front yard used to get in the coldest months when we yet had a fence around our house. I miss when I used to run down the stairs to dinner and I was 98% certain something was one step behind me; following me. I used to run so fast.
