I would give myself a make over, go for confidence classes and undergo courses to upgrade myself.

Give my parents money to pamper themselves for taking care of us over the years (but that alone doesn't cover up all that they have gave up for us).

I'm not that saint enough to say donate to charity but you never know what's your first instinct when you grab hold of a million dollars.
