My beloved once upon a time did romantic things...bless.

The most romantic was that in our first days of relationship he accepted the situation with my ex husband and no matter that whether we continued (my beloved and me) in a relationship or not that he kept me safe and helped me sort out a divorce. He didn't just wash his hands and walk away which as he said at the time would have been the sensible thing and the thing his head kept telling him to do. His heart told him otherwise.

In that moment as he sat in the bath after the stresses of the day and laid his heart out for me - I fell in love with the wonderful, kind, caring, balanced man he is. A man who could father my children and accept me not want to change me.

Its one of the things that when times get tough as they do in any relationships we think back to that moment and know what we have is good and worth it all.
