    • My 5 Best Qualities
    • Strength
Sometimes, I feel like I want to lie on the ground and cry like I did that one time in Wegmans when I was four and lost my mom. But I keep going, even if I am dragging my feet, kicking and screaming. Then I realize "wow I kept going even though I thought I couldn't." That's when I realize how strong I am, and I feel a little glimmer of pride in my heart that I kept pushing on.

      Humor
I have a good sense of humor, erhm, at least *I* think so. I make myself laugh, and really, that's all that matters. Even when I am in a crappy situation I try to crack jokes about it (even if my heart is secretly breaking) - because hey, what else can you do but try to laugh about something. Right?

      Random Knowledge/Skill
I know a LOT of random things about... random things. Of course I can't think of anything right this second, but give me a minute.... I'll come up with something good. Oh ok here it is: I can tie a million different nautical knots. I know how to clean a fish. Earthworms have seven hearts, but they are actually aortic arches. Green lasers are the most dangerous. Never look into a green laser pointer. Or any laser pointer for that matter.

      Persistence
If I am unhappy, I seek to change it. If something is not right, I won't stop until it's correct. I keep at it until I reach my goals. If I don't know something, I search for answers until I am satisfied. I do not rest on my laurels. Embrace it or change it. That's what I say about things.

      Warmth
I think it's the most gracious thing to be warm towards others. I am just a friendly person, and was taught to make everyone feel welcome. It's second nature to me, I don't even think about it because I just love being around people and talking to all different kinds of people. The more people you are kind to, the more allies you have, and the more you learn about the world around you. That can never be a bad thing. Even if you get burned, it's always more satisfying to say "well, I was nice to that person no matter what." Because that's the right thing to do.
