Philippines - Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm

The hometown where I grew up is Laoag City in the Philippines. I am now in the US, but I'm proud to say I grew up there at least during my childhood and pre teens. My hometown is an agricultural city; it's a normal, modern city but also has agricultural places as outliers. My hometown is not really like New York City or even the capital Manila.
