A 7 layer Rainbow Cake...it took so long to make! Sam and I usually have our random baking days, so this time we had decided we were going to make a 7 layer rainbow cake because it looked so awesome in the recipe we saw. We decided to make some adjustments because we didn't feel like making complicated frosting and decided to go with what we knew how to make--which is cream cheese frosting (nom nom nom, i love this kind of frosting). So after making a ginormous mess and preparing everything we finally finished making a 7 layer rainbow cake. I was pretty proud of it even if it was leaning like no other, haha. Maybe one day I'll make it again...but maybe use a more sturdy type of frosting.
