    • The Kara I Do Not Know
    • My dreams are an outpouring of my everything. Deepest desires, greatest fears, secret wishes, daily conversations, inside jokes... when I sleep my brain has no rules of where it is allowed to wander; it isn't forced to try to comprehend why the Roman empire fell or fit the mold I try to make it follow. At night, when the Kara I know sleeps, the Kara I will never fully comprehend experiments, she tweaks, she watches my reactions to various dreams and she creates new ideas. Sometimes, she looks out for me and in a rare moment of kindness she lets me dream the dreams that make my heart happy but the rest of the time she just does as she pleases. And I put up with it because what else can you do?

Your dreams are all tumbled around. It is like something is bothering you. Maybe if you just said what it was. Or maybe you already have. I hope you are happier and more certain than you feel in your dreams. I know you are just out there in the world. Know somehow that there are people who think of you and how you are. That one thing, if you let it sink in, might tell you something deeper about the emotion of caring and that might make you feel better. Michael
