My pet does talk. It is a bit disconcerting because it is not like barking or looking up with big old eyes. He says YES by making a big lip lick. He says NO by making a tiny lip lick. Then he goes to town. He will lick up and down and up and down for half an hour! He looks right at me or, when he is pissed, he turns away and wahwahwah licks. When I ask him questions, he will "answer" them with a YES lick or a NO lick, or make commentary on my conversation.
He knows, like most dogs, about the yummy lick, but he also has a nasty look which involves an Elvis-like lip movement.
He has freaked people out a lot.
