    • I have to admit, the park would be a pretty good place for stargazing. You'd be sitting on the grass, a little breeze coming once in a while, there aren't any trees or houses that can block your view, and you're out in the open.

Once, my friend and I went out in the front of her house at the middle of the night and sat on a boat they owned. Then we just talked and looked at the dark sky, trying to figure out whether the shiny dot up there is a star or an airplane. It was pretty relaxing.

The coolest thing I've seen in the night sky has to be the Supermoon (which actually was last Saturday night! It was so awesome!). Eh, I'm not lucky enough to witness a shooting star (:D) but hey, maybe one day my luck will take a leap.

Every year about the middle of August the earth has a meteor shower call persaid (sp?) and if you are in a dark place, you will see many shooting stars in a short period of time. It lasts for a few days.
