Not because it's my favorite, but because I recently went there and I can't stop thinking about it - Big Tuna. They have fantastic sushi at a good price. The atmosphere is a little stuffy but nothing over the top. Decent wine list with an array of cocktail choices. All around, a solid sushi place in the Chicago Southside suburbs.
