I would go to the "Woody Creek Tavern" in Aspen, Co. I wouldn't need to take anyone with me - there are always good people there, and probably some I know. First thing I would order is a "flying dog brew" - the famous beer of the Aspen Valley and actually brewed there. A very heavy and dark beer.
