    • Gesundheit! I have no freakin clue.......all I know is this began during the bubonic plague, the superstition that when somebody sneezed the body's soul would escape their body giving the devil the perfect opportunity to grab your soul and turn it evil. to prevent the devil from grabbing your soul, people would say "God bless you" or "Bless you" which would send your soul back in to your body .....

no offense but I don't think the whole "Bless You" thing really works..... i mean have you seen people lately?
