Ice Cream Surprise

I still find it hard to cut out chocolate but other candy I could live without. I used to indulge more when I had a boring office job in London but now I have a more relaxed lifestyle in Italy where cakes and ice cream are the biggest temptation. I have an occasional treat but to keep the middle age spread in check I should really give these up too - still, man cannot live on pasta alone!
