This is the first of a plethora of plinky prompt answers. I have not written in a while so it must be done and am willing to cheat a bit by letting plinky get me started. So, here goes.

I have had some fabulous birthdays with wonderful memories of the surprise parties I had growing up. But by far my most memorable birthday was my 50th when I went with my friend Becky to Vegas, Grand Canyon (both rims), Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park! Trip of a lifetime!!! And eternally grateful to Becky who was the best traveling companion and driver for the whole dang trip so I could take photos.
