Salacious Crumb (Jabba's Side Kick)
I believe that Salacious is a male, but I have never actually seen anatomical proof, if you will.
He would be there to laugh menacingly at every stupid idea, and agree whole heartedly with the decisions of the president. He's also a nice compact size, and wouldn't require much in the way of housing, so hiring him would save the tax dollars. Since Jabba has passed on he is looking for a new boss... it works out for everyone.
