...since I was little, I have always dreaded getting in front of a crowd. This tends to hamper your willingness to partake in theater when invited or keep from throwing-up before a game.

I have gotten better about it thanks to having to be able to present and defend your work in design studio while in college. My heart-rate still goes up and the mouth goes dry, but I am doing my best to overcome my fear.
