"Joan Y." was a such as great boss I've worked with because she was the one who helped me learn accounts receivable, how to apply payments into the system, how to make the adjusting entries and how to read the balances of the customer's accounts. Of course, our supervisor "Lynn C." was the one who explained the details. Her fairness made this person a good leader. She allowed us to learn more for our own good and that helped us work better as a team.
