Molasses spice cookies

Over sized chewy ginger cookies. With enough ginger to make kids who think peppermint is too "hot" shy away. Unfortunately, since I have moved to Vermont I haven't been able to find a bakery with ginger cookies that are on par. If only the Kent's Grocery store bakery in Tremonton Utah would share their recipe, I would be in heaven.
