It certainly has. I am a civil servant and in my country, people who work in the public sector do not get paid very well. That is why we follow a strict budget in order to make ends meet. But the ricing prices of necessities have made it much, much harder for civil servants like myself to make our salary fit for our daily expenses and financial contributions to our respective families. :(
