octopus

I never say never ... but while watching "No Reservations" Korean episode I decided I would probably never develop a taste for chicken feet or other unmentionable chicken parts. And about that octopus (or was it squid?) that you have to "chew vigorously" so the tentacle succors don't attach to the inside of your mouth, or worse yet your throat. I just don't think so. If you do eat it, chop it up into very tiny pieces - they say it swells when you put in your mouth. I love No Reservations and Anthony Bourdain though! He'll eat and drink anything.
