      I don't think there is a perfect age to retire, because I am nowhere near the age of retirement, but a person should be ready to retire when they can't do their job up to the standard of when they first started.
      People over the age of 70 should not be working the same job they worked at when they were 30, because they can't do the same jobs they were doing when they were 30. It all depends on job performance and if they are working ot the standard of the other employees.
