50-55. I think you should strive hardest while you're young & be happy that you have provided your family perfectly and you go & rest at a young age like 45. because 60 isn't much of an enjoy life moment because you'd be too old and not that active.
i'd know i'm ready because i'm not gonna be looking back regretting i didn't do something. :P :)
