The best voiceover in an animated movie is Billy Crystal as Michael "Mike" Wazowski in Monsters, Inc., known as "Googly Bear" to his girlfriend, Celia "Schmoopsie-poo."
Perfect timing, perfect tone. Hard to imagine that Billy Crystal doesn't really look like that.
