Both.

Cool: On the property I grew up on there were quite a few old buildings. One was the house we used to live in, so it wasn't creepy. The other is this old barn that used to be my hide out. I loved hanging out in there. When it got stormy or too hot I would go in and write in my notebooks about how I lived in there all the time.

Creepy: When I was in high school, my friends and I went to Moody road to see the ghost lantern light. It was eerie to see silos standing alone in a corn field, all run down and crumbling.

There are also some places that are still lived in that give me the creeps!
Some buildings just have that creepy feel, but once you explore that feeling changes to cool!
