- Siblings? What about them?
-
Jack Whinery and his family, homesteaders, Pie Town, New Mexico (LOC)
This must be one of those questions psychiatrists ask mental patients to answer to make sure they are not complete idiots. First off, you literally can not know how your life would be different because you possess no special powers that would allow you to determine this.
There are two answers to this question as I see it:
1. Without siblings, you would have been lonely.
2. Without siblings, you would not have been lonely.
All that, who gets to ride in the front seat,
and do I really have to wear jeans that Robert has worn for a year,
and have you got something for my girlfriends or what,
and does it always take you a month to brush your teeth,
and is there anything I own that you haven't broken,
and why the hell did you have to tell Dad,
and those are my underwear not yours,
and no you can't come with me and my friends; you're too young,
and hey I think that's Dad's car coming; hide the cigarette,
and have you been into my weed again,
and if Dad stopped short, you'd go right up his butt,
and I don't want to be seen with you if you're with that girl,
and of course you can't borrow my car,
and no you can't go away by yourself for the summer when you're only 15.
All of that stuff?
You don't even want to hear it.
