Sushi @ Zippy's

Sushi has to take the prize here. A slab of raw fish sitting on my plate does not have aesthetic or olfactory appeal. But the way these magicians prepare it transforms the ugliest dish into culinary perfection. Apecifically a sushi called unagi. I shouldn't tell what it is because immediately you will judge it repulsive but here goes...it's eel. And its unbelievably delicious.
