When anyone turns thirteen, the state provides them with a moped for, like, 100 dollars, color of choice. xD

It would not improve society, but it would improve my life... and France gets to do it, so why not us? Are we that stupid?... Yes, maybe the populace of America is far dumber than France (probably), but i'd love to be able to just drive wherever I wanted.

If I could choose two laws, I'd have to say that when you turn thirteen you can get a job.

Again, I don't know if this would improve society (it would probably suck for the economy), but again, I'd just love it.
