Funny question
We've had very few if any decades or eras without war
So there goes the notion of "Goodwill towards men"
Economic eras have been a rolercoaster most of my life
And
Probably will be as long as there is someone that wants more than they need
And
Investors are mostly a twittering load of "Girly Men"

Lets see my first 50 were a never ending series near disaster
No time to obvserve
My 50-64 were [70hrs work] [20hrs flying] [14hrs drinking] weeks
No time to notice
With one significant exception
Wife insisted on a four day camping trip, no radio no TV
Came back
And
Without my permission
George Fucking Bush had invaded Kuwait

Now I'm just old and crotchety
