I would love to attend the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis. So many things were introduced during that time, and to be one of the first to try an original ice cream cone or Dr Pepper would be awesome. They also apparently introduced iced tea then. Now I know they didn't have Sweet 'n Low yet (my sweetener of choice), I'd still give it a shot.
