      No, I know what I like and I'm never surprised. Sometimes I'm not sure if I will like something, and then when I try it, if I find that I do like it, it's not exactly a surprise, just something new to like! Am I making sense?

The beauty of prose is that it doesn't necessarily have to make sense,One just keeps writing trying to give life to thoughts that would otherwise vanish. Maybe add a few more sentences and it will make sense. I like the thought that we write to think, not think then write.
