The best customer service that I have experienced lately is with T-Mobile. On the flip side, the worst I have ever dealt with would be a tie between AT&T --because you can never understand the person on the phone, Verizon -- they are just rude, and Bank of America -- these reps must double as Verizon reps JUST PLAIN RUDE!!
