When I was selling travel I luckily checked the Zambian embassy site and found that the allergy medication, Benedryl, was illegal. I let me client know a day before she left, thank goodness. Folks were being arrested at the border for possession of a banned substance. Always check medication regulations for the country you are travelling to.
