• What Makes Me Nervous
    • Audience at Humanities Theatre

A lot of things make me nervous actually. But it doesn't necessarely have to mean something bad, it could mean I really looking forward to something as well. But what makes me the most nervous is having to talk in front of people I don't know. Or getting up on stage for any reason. I have a bad case of stagefright so I get really anxious and nervous if I know that this might happen. Thankfully I don't have any hobbies or a job that involves any of this, so I rarely have to go through that.

I can also get nervous when I meet my boyfriend. Not in a bad way, I'm nervous because I'm anxious and I am happy over this because we've been together almost 1 ½ years and he can still make me feel this way. And I think that's a good thing right. I also love being nervous when traveling, going to a party or riding a new rollercoaster. I think it's good to be nervous sometimes. :)

Some of what you call nervousness may better be described as enthusiasm or anxiety, or even anticipation. Not all times when out heart beats a little faster, and our breathing changes is it really nerves. I liked your way of addressing today's prompt though.

It was so nice to read your note in my comments. That's really great that your bf is studying nutrition. You may find your niche in that same category. Since I changed the way I eat, and concentrate on eating healthier, and keeping my system in an alkaline state, I almost never get sick. I look forward to reading more of your postings, too.
