Hope Peace Joy

It would have to be "If you don't want it posted on the front page of the newspaper then you shouldn't be doing it.... I cant recall who gave me that bit of advice but it has stuck with me for many many years. It has helped define who I am and what I believe in. It makes you stop and pause for a moment to really think about affects and the outcome of your actions. To hold your head high and be proud of your actions is a happier healthier way of life rather then the feelings of shame or guilt for doing wrong.
