Everybody deserves to be with people who care about them for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, some people have no one...even those with families. Therefore, our karass gets together; everyone enjoys each other and we eat food we really want to...not just what is expected for Thanksgiving dinner.
The only thing you can do when a cardboard box is empty
So I look forward, as every year, to meeting all kinds of people who are supposed to join together for whatever we want on the 356 item Que Huong (our country) Vietnamese restaurant menu. Our karass revolves around this restaurant.
We also make a list of what we are truly thankful for, not what we are expected to be thankful for. My addition to the list this year is the 6/$10 Office Depot white boxes that you always have to re-read the instructions on how to make them.
