Mess. Don't get it wrong, I love a nice organized space, but as long as my room is my nice clean sanctuary the rest of the house can be a dump. I can simply avoid entering the other areas of the house. Noise is everywhere and there is no easy way of escaping, Sure I can crank up country music until they get the hint but then I am just torturing myself also. I need my peace and quiet at the end of the day.
