Stressful day. For me, stressful day means mountains of essay and homework, pressures from seniors and teachers, and problems with my friends - or even worse, my girlfriend. Day like these always makes me feels bad, worn-out, and tired beyond words.
How do I usually relax after day like that? Well, believe it or not, it's actually very simple. What I do is walk to my room, lie on my bed, and sleep.
Sleep, by far, is the most effective way for me to relaxing myself. Whether it's in the night or afternoon, sleeping always makes me feel relaxed and fresh again. Doesn't matter the mountains of works, doesn't matter all the problems in the world that crash over me, I always feel refreshed after sleep. The feelings when I finally reopen my eyes, the smell of morning air and birds' singing...
Feels like heaven, you know :D I really, really like it.
That's why, ladies and gentlemen, doesn't matter if it's only an hour, or even half an hour, I always need sleep everyday in my life. I need it to be able to wake up, to be able to face the next day as myself, with goodness all over my body, ready to do the next great things in the day! :D
