I have four other immediate family members: My mom and dad, and two sisters, one older and one younger. Since its so American to count the pet as a member of the family I'll also put my dog Dove as a family member as well. (she must be important since she's the first family member I've named so far lol).

Let's begin,

Mom aka Stella: I appreciate her voice of comfort. Even though she has a million things of her own on her plate she's always there to take on other people's worries and offers a comforting outlet to people generally, especially for her own daughters. She's definitely the brains of the family, keeping it altogether despite the pressure she feels. I know she's human too but she wears her mother's hat so well it seems effortless.

Dad aka Glenn: I appreciate his persistence. He's more of a doer, so he definitely shines when something needs to be done, or when teaching practical things. Since dad is the only man in the house, he's given a hard time sometimes, but he pulls through in a lot of ways that none of the rest of the house could do, especially when it involves keeping the family in tact.

Kim (older sister). Much like my dad, she's more of a doer (and I mean literally). In other words, she's very resilient and knows how to get her hands dirty. No matter how hard the task, Kim is not afraid to get in the trenches and work until the task is done. Like my mom, she never shows any signs of being tired. I actually think she'd rather be tired from doing too much stuff than bored and rested from not having enough stuff to do. I appreciate her resilience in that aspect that she always stays motivated and pushes past her physical strengths to do things to help people.

Then there's the youngest one (in curls)...

If not, its okay cause Kourtney doesn't wear curls anyway,

What I appreciate my little sister Kourtney is her non-chalance personality. This is afforded to her because she's the youngest...everyone cares for her because she's the baby. However, this makes Kourtney the easiest person to laugh and have a great time with. She has a pleasantness about her and she rarely complains or bring about negativity when I'm around her.

So in all, these are the things I appreciate about my family. They're the best!

Oh, I forgot about Dove! Well... she has a nickname (Dovey) and she likes to eat...A LOT...One thing I appreciate about her is the way she greets people she hasn't seen in a long time. I'm always amazed at her ability to remember people or even greet people she sees all the time (such as me and my family). More people should be like Dove in my opinion.
