The older the better, I reckon...maybe the same year they have sex, drive a car and drink alcohol - 21!
Unfortunately, stop a kid from having a celly, and they'll be ostracized, bullied and ridiculed by their peers, miss the latest goss, including the party Saturday night, and not see their drunken half-naked photo becoming viral...what a world we live in.
