seeing kids with cell phones irritates me. I feel they are too young , although mothers tell me they like their kids having them so they can always contact them. That makes sense i guess, but I feel that we didn't need them when i was a kid, so do they really need them now. My answer would be 16, or when they start driving because they can use it to call for help if they're broken down, need gas etc. Any age before that I'm against.
