- When Do We Stop Being Kids?

Helping With Open Hands
At this point, that is for my grandchildren's parents to decide. I trust my children's judgement. Until then, this grandma is thankful her little helpers have their hands free to be free. I hope my grandchildren will remember horse chores, baking cookies, and go-go carts a lot longer than they remember a tiny box keyboard.
Think back to your childhood? It wasn't the mod watch or latest go-go boots that you remember. It was activities and outdoor events -camping with sticks and marshmellows, it was the creek we floated in and the silver maple tree we nailed peach crates in.Riding bikes and building houses in granpa's alfalfa field, sand castles, canoes, and snow forts...what age is best for children to get cell phones? At what age do we stop being children?

The immediacy of cell phone conversations takes another piece of humanity away
But what the heck the last 5 presidents have just about nullified the constitution
So if we can live with that, the loss of humanity isn't that much to endure...
