Sometimes I think it's funny when I see a person's face I can remember the kind of car they drive but can't always think of their name!

The coolest vehicle I've ever driven was a 2002 Pontiac Firebird 7. I was helping out a buddy of mine who owned a vehicle repair shop. I was doing a routine inspection, but I had never been handed the keys to something that nice before. So I went in the waiting room to meet the owner face to face and let him know that I needed to take the vehicle on a short road test as part of the vehicle inspection. I wanted him to have confidence that I would be doing everything I could to be as careful with the vehicle as possible, I wanted him to know that the vehicle would be safe with me. Just as I got done speaking the gentle man said to me, "Aw, have some fun with her, give her hell!" I think that was the best ride of my life because it wasn't my car.
The coolest vehicle I've ever owed was a 1973 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Laguna Edition. It had a V8 350 motor bored out to 30-over, racing shift kit in the transmission, over sized cam and air intake system, factory swivel seat on the driver side, I separated the exhaust manifold making it a custom true-dual exhaust, I was running straight pipes to Glass-pack Cherry Bombs under each of the seats and had it come out right behind where the door opens instead of running it all the way back. I have some great memories in that car.
