Check out the Okinawan toilet - don't use it if you are physically challenged! And yes, it is the women's toilet.

Cleaning the toilet, what else? I read once, that if men did the household cleaning, the toilet would have been invented totally different, or not at all.
P.S.: I don't live in Okinawa, I visited there last month.
