Usually I respond to barometric pressure. I get some nasty headaches when weather changes drastically. Lucky me that I live in Canada where weather is never the same in the evening as it was in the morning (and forget about it being the same next day)! But as long as I get 7-8 hours of sleep I can handle all the mood and energy changes.
