Paper Towels, convenient option. Does its easily disposable characteristic induce wastefulness though???

Paper Towels.

I have come to appreciate the use of lots and lots of paper towels. easily disposable and very handy. I can't imagine a day without it. but what little things make life comfortable also seem to hurt the environment. a greater demand for paper towels equals an greater demand for natural resources used in its production. I do console myself with the fact that luckily, disposable towels disintegrate quickly and enrich the soil. So... win win situation??? Not necessarily. To be more environmentally 'aware', I could employ the use of a more sane alternative.
